This is an international Honorary Sorority for women educators.  The purpose of our organization is to give recognition to outstanding women in education; to provide fraternal fellowship among women in the teaching profession, which will add to their effectiveness in promoting excellence in education; to promote high standards of education and thereby strengthen the status and advancement of the teaching profession; to promote educational and charitable projects and activities, sponsor scholarships, to further and maintain worthy standards in the field of education and to cooperate with worthy community projects relating to education and charities; and to contribute to world understanding, goodwill, and peace through an international fellowship of women education's united in the ideals of education.  We meet the first Thursday of each month throughout the school year.

Catholic Daughters

The Catholic Daughters is a National organization founded in 1903; the Court in New Hampton was started over 80 years ago.  The Catholic Daughters strives to embrace the principle of faith working through love in the promotion of justice, equality and the advancement of human rights and human dignity for all.  Membership in this organization raises an awareness, and a consciousness about many issues.  They especially strive to aid the needy in the community.  They are involved in spiritual enhancement, the quality of life, youth, education, legislative issues, and many local and other worthwhile charitable projects.  For instance, in April, they sponsor the Alzheimer's Drive in the community, helping fund the "safe return" kits that are available through the Alzheimer's Association.  You need only be 18 years old and a practicing Catholic to become a member of this great charitable organization.  They currently have over 98 members; and welcome all interested ladies of the community to join.  They meet the 3rd Tuesday of each month at Hines Hall in the St. Joseph Center.

The Old Bradford Pioneer Village Museum, located in the old town of Bradford, is a unique mixture of displays.  Some of the items and buildings date back to the 1850's.   A lot of the items were used daily from the 1850's - 1940's.  We give guided tours Monday - Saturday from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. and on Sunday from 12:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. May - October.  Come and enjoy reminiscing and learning with us!

Friends of St. Joseph's School

Parents who have students attending St. Joseph Community School and other interested individuals form the group called The Friends of St. Joseph School.   Members are invited to attend meetings the third Monday of each school month to help plan activities or find out ways we can help the school and teachers with their functions.  Donations and various fund raisers help the group assist the school with technology, bus transportation funding for field trips, library needs, P.E. equipment, teacher meals during conference time, the school birthday party, and other fun and educational events.
